What is growth for you?

Reflecting on oneself, recognizing one’s own patterns, and breaking free from them.
Practicing mindfulness daily and communicating with those around you. Through mental balance, my artistic creative process unfolds.

What keeps you grounded?

Working with ceramics is one of my biggest resources and grounds me the most. “Me time” to recharge my social batteries. Anything to do with craftsmanship (repotting plants, renovating my apartment, pottery, etc.) while listening to audiobooks or podcasts. And, of course, healthy relationships.

How does nature influence your creative process?

Color schemes, shapes, and textures. A subconscious need of mine is that if one of my ceramic pieces stood in a forest, it shouldn’t disturb the woods.

What is a book that has inspired you?

“The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. It has greatly aided me in various phases of my life.
