For Vienna’s tallest student residence, we were invited to bring warmth and life into the modern interiors of District Living’s DC3 Tower. With its 34 floors of serviced apartments and communal areas overlooking the Danube, the building’s striking architecture called for a softer, more human layer.

We introduced a curated mix of sculptural palms, resilient greenery, and cascading foliage that complement the building’s height and light. Each space, from the café and lounge to the co-working areas, was designed to balance clarity and calm, turning sleek modernism into somewhere to pause, meet, and connect.
